This Isolation Pack bundle includes a quick-release shock mount with integrated, adjustable pop filter -- a great add-on for anyone looking to increase the versatility of their X1 Series or 2200a II Series mic.

The integrated quick-release mechanism at the base of the shock mount makes it easy to insert or remove a mic. No screws, no hassle, just one twist to secure or release.

Made from metal (rather than delicate fabric), the pop filter can be vertically positioned to accommodate any of the above mics, or completely removed from the shock mount if desired.

This mic really sounds amazing. I buy a lot of mics, and usually within a week or two, I'm able to talk myself out of why I initially loved it and go back to my main mic.It's nice that it has two high pass filters and I do engage one of them to get more of a balanced sound. But if you leave the filters off, you'll get a really full and detailed low end as well. It's easy to use and straightforward! It's a mic! Nice that this came with a shock mount and pop filter which assemble very easily. The product itself from a hardware standpoint doesn't scream high quality/durability. The grill has some give to it, and there's a lot of plastic on the shock mount and the pop filter. However, that does NOT matter to me one bit at this price point because this mic sounds so dang good. I use this mic for voice over, and I'd definitely recommend it! This thing captures very accurate details of my voice, is well balanced for by preferences with one of the high pass filters engaged, and has a seemingly non existent noise floor. I love trying new microphones. I've got 6 in my mic locker so far, and I plan on having 30 plus. But I'm so satisfied with this mic, that it's taken away a lot of my desire to buy any other mics in the near future. BUT... I am also very intrigued to see what else SE Electronics has to offer now. I'm an instant fan, and this mic is currently my every day mic for voice over!
