The lefty Custom S is loaded with Synyster's self-dubbed 'secret weapon' Sustainiac System. Two mini toggles are added to control the Stealth Pro's On/Off as well as the Harmonic Mode. The picture may be different from product but judgig from the picture given alone, that is not a Custom S. I own a custom S and the neck pickup that is pictured here is not a sutainiac. The one shown would be a lefty Syn custom, not a custom S. The price for this product is still pretty good even if it is just a custom. Just a warning to buyers if you buy this you will need a sustainiac installed after market. The custom is still an awesome guitar but the sustainiac really adds capability. SO I'm NOT saying not to buy this guitar because it is still an amazing instrument. Im just saying; Its a Custom...not a Custom S :)
