The C1 SheDevil brings you a set neck with a Mahogany body and the TonePros bridge for a total package that screams. This guitar also features Duncan Designed active HB-105 humbucker pickups, 24 jumbo frets and Grover tuners. The Gloss Black finish with Crimson binding really give this guitar a look that is hard to forget. zZounds is an authorized dealer of Schecter products.

Sound: The pickups are good, but they're no EMG 85/89's. When I toggle between the pickups it can be heard through the speakers, which isn't really that big of a deal unless you need to hit the toggle quickly in the middle of a song. Sustain is amazing, the pinch harmonics scream, and chords give great crunch. Feature: The features are everything I was looking for. Set neck, Tune O Matic bridge, molded body, and active pickups. Ease of Use: The playability is pretty good. The action is fairly low and the neck feels comfortable. Quality: Quality is okay. When I opened up the box for the first time the first thing that caught my eye was a chip on the bottom horn that had been poorly repaired. Also the paint on the body binding doesn't match the paint on the fretboard binding. Also the edge of the frets could have been filed a little smoother. Value: It's a good product for the price ($579). This guitar was for my wife, who was sold on the paint scheme. I would have rather paid a little more for the hellraiser or an ESP. Manufacturer Support: Haven't needed to call them yet. The Wow Factor: Other then the mismatched paint and the chip, it is a really good looking guitar. The finish is glossy and smooth. The molded body looks great and the set neck is flawless. Hardware all looks amazing and the 12 fret inlays look great. Overall: I am very happy with this guitar. It will be part of our family for a very long time.

Sound: I was a little unsure about the Seymour Duncan designed pickups but they really do sound terrific. I dont know if its the set neck in concert with the pickups but this guitar has a fatter sound than my Ibanez RG with EMG 81/85's... Feature: No Floyd on this axe which I am sick of them anyway so there really wasnt any accessories needed. Did come with allen wrenchs. I love the red binding. The guitar, overall is stunning. My only complaint with looks is that I wish the bridge was black but I have never seen any in that shade or noticed anyway.... Ease of Use: Plays fantastic. Better than the RG I have. Different feel to the neck than the RG. This is more in line with a Gibson and feels great... Quality: I have only had this for about 3 hours but hav been on it nearly the whole time. No blems that I can see, finish is great, use of colors is great. Seems like she would hold up on the road.... Value: Very good priced for a set neck, solid guitar Manufacturer Support: havent had the need The Wow Factor: Very sexy instrument... Overall: This will remain in my arsenal for quite some time. Hats off Schecter...
