Based in Los Angeles, and very near Samick's USA headquarters, the two companies decided to create an exclusive line of guitars with all the design specifications, materials, and build quality parameters detailed by the luthiers at Valley Arts and built by Samick's best guitar craftsmen. The result was an extraordinary selection of guitars that play and feel like custom made instruments. You will find models with birds-eye maple necks, solid sculpted bodies with natural wood tops, Floyd Rose and Wilkinson tremolos, Duncan pickups, and Grover and Gotoh tuners and tails. Saber 21 - THE essential rock guitar, the Saber is a virtual tone factory with a very hot Duncan designed HSS pickup array (one humbucker and two single coils) with a 5-way switch. The sculpted alder body is fully bound and the cutaway heel provides for a rock solid connection to the 22-fret bound maple neck with ebony fretboard. Equipped with a recessed Floyd Rose tremolo (pitch bends down and up), volume and tone controls, pearl pickguard, and all gold hardware right up to the precision Grover tuners.
