Feature:
It comes with a mount for your boom that let's it swing in and out when you play it, but keeps the choke edge pointed towards you.
Value:
Pretty stiff, but worth it. I like my Roland cymbals better than Hart or Pintech gear.
Desirability:
If you use Roland gear, you need one of these. Get the 15" if you can afford it. I'm going to upgrade to one as soon as I can, but I will keep this one for a crash.
Sound:
It's good. Pretty broad range of sensitivity. You have to hit the bell pretty hard to get it to trigger.
Support:
Never used them. No problems with my Roland gear yet.
Overall:
It's a pretty heavy piece which I think makes it feel much more like an accoustic cymbal. Your ride is one of the most used pieces on your kit, so get a good one.
