The Cube-15XL offers 15 watts of power through an 8-inch high-performance custom speaker. There are two discrete channels onboard, clean and lead, with three Boss distortion circuits to choose from, including Metal Zone and the Extreme setting. Activating the Power Squeezer allows full gain at low volume. Connect portable music players to the Aux-In jack and jam along with your favourite songs.

Five amps in one

The Cube-15XL is small and portable yet delivers big-time tone. Five amp types are available for instant selection. The Lead channel provides four aggressive choices: three Boss distortion circuits -- Overdrive, Distortion, Metal Zone -- and Roland's Extreme setting. Each offers its own unique brand of bite while the Clean channel takes you in the other direction with its pure, transparent tone.

Power squeeze

Ever wished you could achieve that awesome full-volume sound at a lower level? Power Squeezer gives you a crushing, full-gain tone even at low volume, so you can experience a dense, overdriven sound without blowing the windows out of your bedroom. Enjoy monster tone at any volume setting, from whisper soft to full blast.

Aux input, record output

You can jam along with your favourite songs by plugging a portable music player into the Cube-15XL's Auxiliary Input or you can use the Record Output to feed your signal directly into an external recorder, shaping your tone with the Cube-15XL's amp models and EQ. The Record Output can also be used as a headphone out for private practice. zZounds is an authorized dealer of Roland products.

"BUY IT. YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED WITH IT. I USED IT WITH MY GRETCH WHITE FALCON, ES335, STRATS, IBanez, Acoustics, & enjoyed it!"

Sound: Great amp. Purchased mine from a pawn shop,had to buy guitar to get amp.Used it that night with a live gig onstage & blew the boys away. Didnt even mic it. Turned the speaker towards ceiling & had to turn down to below halfway. Bass player was using 250 watt Peavey, guitar wa using Fender twin reverb,& they were all lined thru a 16 channel Yamaha board. I flew solo & loved it. I also own a 60 watt Roland Bass cube (1985). Love it. I have a Crate acoustic amp, Peavey, & Crate 1200glx half stack. However, this is light weight for us old folks! & gets the job done. Great value. Wished it had line-out & foot switch & it would be perfect. Been playing 40+ years & so glad to go small & get the quality. Keep Jamming! Michael Draughn & the Pawn Shop Band Reidsville, N.C. 1/25/11 Feature: Effects great . Cant buy them seperately for that! Go from straight clean to THrasher metal if you need to. Ease of Use: Didnt have a manuel. Took only a few minutes to figure it out. Value: Great Would buy one & keep in truck for use and backup @ any pro gig. The Wow Factor: Cool look. Can always build fake cabinets for it, to make it look bigger,etc. But everything is going small now & getting the power from the pa. Not like the old days, when you had to have a stack to ply. Ever notice all us old musicians are deaf???!! Overall: Not for sale . Had 3 offers already!

Sound: This amp has one of the best clean channels I've played. And the distortion is awsome. You can go from crystal clear to metal with this amp. Don't let the 15W fool you this puppy is loud, but the power squeezer will stop your neighbors (or wife)from complaining. What is really nice is you don't lose a bit of toneor distortion. This is a great little amp. I highly recommend it. Feature: Best feature is the power squeezer and the effects. Ease of Use: Another nice feature is that this amps allows you to set the tone and sound you want without having to have a bunch of pedals to work. Quality: This amp is built to last but then it is a Roland. Value: The price for this amp is a super deal. Don't let the price fool you into thinking it's not a quality product. Overall: I feel this is the last amp I will need to purchase.
