Product Description

The Rain Recording Element Pro puts you on the cutting edge of digital audio recording and playback. Arriving pre-loaded with Windows Vista Ultimate x32, Element purrs with Quiet Cool engineering down to it's cool blue aluminum skin that lets heat dissipate naturally. The new system architecture has paved the way for incredible improvements like a 8 MB L2 Cache and 4 GB of main memory.

The 64-Bit Question
This is a new age of digital audio. If you are ready for a true 64-bit system, you have the option of choosing Microsoft Vista Ultimate 64-bit edition with your Rain Element Pro. 64-bit architecture allows the operating system to address ever increasing amounts of RAM. Currently, Element Pro is available with 4 GB of RAM, a number that will increase quickly as technology advances. Of course, it's still an Element which means it was designed from the ground up as a cool, quiet and stable audio platform you can rely on without exception.
