"Sloppy product"

Feature:
The quick release clutch is a wonderful tool to the live musicician.

Quality:
The product breaks easily and quickly at the clutch base

Value:
A defective product is never a good value, no matter the price.

Desirability:
The appeal is great, citing ease of use.

The clutch releases quickly and easily

Support:
The company that made the product will not return my e-mail. They are in Italy and do not list a phone number on their web site.

Overall:
I am very unhappy with the product. We have had to replace 3 of the 4 stands purchased in February of 2006.

"Buy a different brand..."

Feature:
Needed a "one-hand clutch", it's a valuable feature, as I need to adjust the height throughout the gig. The one on this stand, however, is not of pro-quality, and I doubt it will work for long, plus it was sticky right out of the box, not a good sign.

Quality:
Shoddy, too light, and the base was not stable, nor sit evenly on the floor....

Value:
Not worth getting, except for a home user, wanting to save a few dollars....

Ease of Use:
For a one-hand clutch, it was not easy. Have to twist & lock it, each time you move it. And the lack of smoothness didn't help.

Overall:
Sounded good, built poorly, not professional quality. I'm returning mine pronto....
