This has got to be the most Absolutely infuriating software I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. If you get the preset sounds working, the bundles sounds stop, and so on and so on. PreSonus' customer service is a joke. They email you the same articles and then hound you to to say that the issue is solved. The connectivity to Studio One is hit and miss as well. Now, I will say that the sound quality is pretty awesome, if you want to spend the time getting this installed correctly. I found the most help on Reddit, or forums not connected to the company at all.
