Purchased this kit a few weeks ago and have not had any major issues with it. Bearing edges were fine. One of the bolts that secured the floor tom leg was loose, but this was easily tightened up when I changed the drum heads. Also, I don't care for the rack tom suspension mount - it seemed loose and produced an audible rattle when I'd lay into the kick drum. There may have been a way to adjust this but I just opted to put the tom in a snare stand which I prefer anyway. I replaced the heads and have been experimenting with tuning, but have been happy with the variety of sounds I've been able to dial in so far. I think the shell sizes are what makes this kit unique, especially in this price range. Tons of drum makers are offering inexpensive, compact kits these days, but I haven't seen any with the 20x10 bass drum.
