About This Product!
Description
Pintech USA, Inc. announces the release of the new Zenbal e-cymbal. The new electronic cymbal was introduced at the 2002 Summer NAMM show and released August 2002. A strong demand for a new authentic looking and feeling acoustic style electronic cymbal brings about the new 14 in. swinging Zenbal. Along the same line of Pintech USA, Inc. philosophy of "control the sound" the Zenbal has a complete rubber coated playing surface to reduce external stick noise, now offering only the true digital electronic sound desired. Mounting the Zenbal is made easy using the traditional style cymbal stands or cymbal boom. The newest version of electronic cymbals is available in both single and dual zone. The dual zone Zenbal ZB2 has 2 distinctive playing surfaces, one sound for center and one sound for edge with no possibility for cross talk. An exclusive lifetime warranty offers the consumer peace of mind knowing a 1-time purchase of this product will give a lifetime of satisfaction. Pintech USA, Inc. is an American made and American owned company.

Pintech Zenbal Single Zone E-Cymbal (14 in.) Reviews

"Pintech cymbal disappointment"
Feature:
The cymbal had a spring loaded cymbal attachment. It's not deep enough to securely fasten to my Yamamha cymbal stands.

Quality:
Appears to be constructed well. No blemishes or defects noted.

Value:
No. I expected better performance for the price, considering it costs over twice as much as the other pintech cymbals.

Desirability:
Didn't buy it for sex appeal. I bought it to have a great sounding, more realistic looking cymbal platform.

Sound:
Sound quality is fine if your hitting right over the pick-up. If not, the sound degrades rapidly and you hear more rubber pad than drum sound. Really disappointed.

Support:
I haven't dealt with them or see the need. The cymbals just don't seem to be as functional as their mesh snares and toms.

Overall:
I probably will order a Roland cymbal even though they cost more.
