"good amp is it the adjustments or me"

its a little above average to me

Sound:
the sound quality is not as clean as ive heard in other amps especualy my fender amp .i do like the two lead knobs POST and PRE ive noticed that the only way to get good reverb is to set the pre all the way down and the post al the way up in lead mode at that point you use post for volume control destortion is achieve my reversing what i just said and im kinda on the fence as to how much i like the destortion I think it might not be as defined as i like maybe sorta washed out not sure ive used a fender strat and a washburn with humbuckers same result.the ckean channel could be cleaner

"One Good Little Practice Amp"

Feature:
I like the options presented for it's size. You have the choice of clean or lead with distortion and you can switch between vintage or modern modes. The reverb section does seem a little weak, but for a 15W amp it is not that big of a deal to me.

Quality:
Fit and finish is fine for this level of amp. It is made in China to Peavey specs. It looks nice and compact and that is all I needed for this item anyway.

Value:
It is a good deal for a practice amp.

Desirability:
If I was looking to wow someone, I would have gone for something bigger, louder, costlier, etc. It just suits me for what i am using it for.

Sound:
As a practice amp I have found that this amp does fairly well. A little patience helps in dialing in a tone or sound that you want. It is not perfect, but suitable for practice without fear of killing your ears.

Ease of Use:
Everything is very easy to use. The manual was very simple and came in multilingual text and illustration. My kids and cats are enjoying it, at least they don't run and hide when I am playing.

Support:
N/A just got it last week. Aug 2007

Overall:
I'll probably keep it as long as it works. I am just practicing and keeping a learning curve going. When and if I decide to move up to something else is on the horizon right now.
