Built for the road with heavy-duty casters and steel handles, Peavey's PVXp active subwoofer pushes 800 watts peak power. For a 15" sub, it's ultra-portable.

When integrated into any live sound system, the Peavey PVXp Sub powered subwoofer puts tons of low-frequency oomph at your disposal. Great for small-to-medium sized venues where space is limited, the PVXp Sub packs a surprisingly powerful punch for such a compact form factor, pushing 800 Watts peak through a heavy-duty 15-inch woofer. A switch-mode power amplifier keeps both the band and the subwoofer cool in critical performance situations.

Boost Your Bass with 800 Watts Peak Power

This vented powered subwoofer system offers musicians, touring bands, and live sound crews a 15-inch heavy-duty woofer coupled to a power amplifier with 800 Watts peak available power. Want lots of bass? No prob -- the PVXp subwoofer features Peavey's exclusive Kosmos C bass enhancer, which makes very low frequency program material sound extra punchy.

Don't sacrifice sound quality for volume. With this powered sub, you can blast your music as loud as you want without distortion or audible clipping, thanks to Peavey's DDT compression technology. A variable 90 Hz to 180 Hz crossover frequency makes for easy system tweaking.

Switch-Mode Power for Cool Running

Slashing both size and weight, Peavey put a switch-mode power amplifier in the PVXp subwoofer. Switch-mode power amps are as efficient as they come because they tend to run cooler and draw less current than other amps, giving them bragging rights to huge power output and low-temperature performance in a smaller, more manageable size. read more A built-in fan further helps the subwoofer stay cool.

Easy to Connect with XLR-1/4" Input, High-Pass Outs and XLR Thru Out

Easy to add to your live sound rig, the PVXp Sub sports a combination female XLR-1/4-inch TRS input for fast connection to your gear, as well as a pair of high-pass outputs for connection to your main speakers. An XLR output lets you hook up additional speakers or subwoofers.

Road-Ready Construction with 4 Locking Casters

Quick to transport and set up, Peavey's PVXp Sub powered subwoofer has steel handles and heavy-duty 4-inch tall locking casters for getting it to and from the stage. A threaded pole-mount cup makes mounting a speaker above the sub a piece of cake, and a full-length black perforated steel grille helps protect against drops and kicks that are just bound to happen.
