Export Shells
The 100% Poplar Export shells feature Pearl's exclusive scarf joint (gapless seam) construction for uniform shell vibration, unimpeded by air pockets, for warmth and richness found only in more expensive drums.

SST Shell Design
As with all Pearl drums each shell is formed from our legendary SST construction process that uses extreme heat, Precision cut scarf joints, our proprietary Acoustiglue and over 1000lbs of hydraulic pressure to create the ultimate acoustic air chamber.

Export Series Snare Drums
The 14 x 5.5 in. snare drum features a 100% poplar shell for unparalleled sonic performance in its class.

Export Series Hardware
Export hardware packs include a S-800W snare stand, BC-800W boom stand, C-800W cymbal stand, and H-820W hi-hat stand all of which feature sturdy double braced legs. The H-820W hi-hat features an Eliminator style footboard, UltraGrip wingnuts/wingbolts. The P-120P pedal features chain drive, Eliminator style footboard, DuoBeat beater that allows the choice of plastic or felt faces for hard or soft attack, and adjustable beater angle zZounds is an authorized dealer of Pearl products.

"Spectacular."

Sound: replace the heads(duh) but great sound. snare rings a bit though, nothing a little moongel cant fix Feature: its all awesome. extra toms(i got 2 10s by accident) are spectacular for solos, hard to tune em low though Ease of Use: my first set, so easy to set up, didnt really even need the manual. easy to break down too. Quality: pearl makes better, but not for the price, i got the black, and it looks nice, but has visible seems. pretty cool if you angle it right though Value: i got mine for fifty bux less, but it took a while, so yea pretty good value Manufacturer Support: i never needed it The Wow Factor: its beautiful, seems kinda ruin it if its a bad angle, but over all beautiful. love black on black. wish they had cool stains for it though, but might just have to get custom. Overall: this is a terrific set, i love pearl sets, played om them and tamas and others, but the export is one of my faves, wish the factory heads were a little better though.
