Ok first off, I would like to thank Zzounds for even letting me get this caliber of guitar. The 12 installment payments, has opened doors for many musicians, including myself, to purchase such high-end instruments. Now, lets talk about this beauty of a guitar. She is beautiful and that's a fact. But I didn't buy this beauty on looks alone. I bought it for the versatility that is has. I love that you can use the tone knob (it's a push pull knob) for a single coil, or humbucker selector. That's a major plus, especially when you are looking for many different sounds. Pull it and you get a single coil, a nice thin strat sound from it! Push it and you get the full force of the S2 HFS pickups in the bridge and S2 Vintage Bass in the neck. Trust me when I say, that they are great for a heavy sounding guitar style or a thin twangy style that you are looking for.. They're crystal clear pickups! I play metal, rock, blues and whatever else comes out of my mind and these pups cover them all! Also, have in mind, that is has a pretty large diameter neck, which makes it comfortable for me. But others may not like it. Ok, now to the hardware. You have a nickel bridge which also has a tremolo system that lets you slide the tremolo bar in a out. No screwing required! I like that! Also, you get locking tuners, that has locking screws on the top. Be mindful of the locking screws, as they can come out while you are loosening them and drop somewhere to never be found again.. They also have a slot, read more for a flat-head screwdriver. Again, be very careful to not use too much force on them when tightening. They can easily sctratch up. Use a correct size screw-driver for them. The volume and tone pots are great and the three-way switch selector is solid. It has a pretty decent size know on it. For ease of switching your pickups. All in all, this guitar is THE best one I purchased so far and I own about 8 guitars now. I put this baby up against all of them and this PRS destroys them in the tone section. It even comes delivered with a high end gig bag and the guitar should be set up for you. So you shouldn't have to take it to get it set up, or set it up yourself. All in all, the guitar is perfect for me and I'm lucky that I get to pay only $100.00 bucks a month for it. It's well worth the money. You won't put her down, trust me!

Musical Background:
Playing for about 20 years on and off. I play guitars, drums, bass and do a little bit of singing. I'm not a professional.

Musical Style:
Rock, metal, and blues. But will try anything if the groove is right!
