Plug into the classic Orange tone with the Orange Crush practice amp. It features digital effects, including reverb, delay, chorus and more.

The first thing you notice about Orange Crush amplifiers is their cool looks. Just like their bigger brothers, they have the legendary Orange Basket Weave Tolex, Woven Speaker Grille, beading and legendary hyroglyphs (PiX) and of course the Orange signature "picture frame" edging. But it's not just cool looks -- plug into any of these great little amps and you'll soon realise they are Orange through and through! This model, the CR20LDX, offers 20 watts of great solid-state tone in a compact 8-inch practice amp.

Okay i bought this model as a practice amp at home. It sounds okay by itself. Its a little bit plasticy coming out of the dirty cheap 8 inch speaker, the amp begins to clip the cheap speaker at practice volumes i.e. playing next to a drummer, so by itself its a decent practice amp. Now here is a secret you wont find anywhere else. I have a custom built 212 oak cabinet grade cabinet with eminence tonker and a man o war bought from zzounds. My Ampeg GVT115 crapped out on me so I decided to try something with this amp. I opened the back panel disconnected the cheap speaker and wired it to run my 212. HOLY COW the difference. This amp sounds great! I put my pedal chain n front of it and it sounds just as good as the ampeg, and its just as if not more loud. The Ampeg is loud but it distorts which is what i want..but this amp takes pedals great and sounds awesome when using a good quality speaker cabinet. Dont get me wrong I had an orange TH30 nd it is not as lifelike and responsive, but it takes pedals way better than that one, and most people in the crowd can not tell the difference.
