Get Nektar quality in an affordable USB MIDI controller. Powered by USB, the iX61 gives you 61 full-sized keys, pitch/mod wheels, and DAW transport controls.

The Nektar Impact iX61 offers standard USB keyboard controller functionality as well as pre-mapped Nektar DAW integration with 11 DAWs. The 61 note full-size keyboard features pitch bend, modulation wheel and a footswitch jack for connecting sustain pedal.

Impact iX61 is USB class compliant -- simply plug it into a computer, no driver is required. Once plugged in, start composing using MIDI software such as the included Presonus Studio One Artist DAW.

The octave and transpose buttons shift the keyboard up or down -3/+4 octaves or -/+12 semi-tones. In addition, the 2 transpose buttons are quickly configured to change MIDI Channel or send MIDI Program messages whenever you need those functions. Better still, pressing a key combination change the Octave and Transpose buttons function to send out MMC transport functions so you can activate start, stop and record directly from your keyboard (compatible with most DAWs including Pro Tools).

Pre-mapped Nektar DAW Integration

As a USB class compliant device, the Impact iX61 works with any DAW. However Nektar's DAW integration makes setup easy and straightforward. A growing list of DAWs supported by Nektar DAW integration now includes: Bitwig Studio, Cubase, Digital Performer, FL Studio, GarageBand, Logic, Nuendo, Reaper, Reason, Sonar and Studio One
