I can't see spending any more money than one has to to get a product that works. The amount of money spent for the unit and two transmitting headsets was reasonably cheap. I don't need extra features--like hooking it up to my I-pod or some other rediculous things some people just need to have.

Sound
I play the guitar, and it is difficult for me to play, sing, and hold my head close to the regular microphones. This option does not work well for me. The headphones are the fix for this situation. I don't have the best ears in town, so my judgement on sound quality is probably not as good as the rest of the readers. But I must add that the microphone level for my voice is well within my playing volume.

Features
If the headsets incorporated the transmitter instead of the belt clip that would be nice. But I won't spend more money for the option. I'll put up with "yesterdays" technology for the price paid.

Ease of Use
It works!

Quality
The box that the electronics are in is of the "cheapest" "thinnest" plastic available to mankind. The large mic output connectors will not possibly survive the unit unless it is stationary and left alone. If you want a roadworthy unit, I suggest you buy something else. It will not take a punch, so don't drop the thing--the plastic will crack.I purchased a small dvd player for 25 dollars, and it came in a package that is twice the quality. read more So in all reality the only reason it costs over 200 is because of supply and demand. Not every Yahoo buys these types of units, so the real value is really worth about 50 bucks! But nobody will sell it to you for that price!

Value
It's worth 50 dollars! The cardboard box it came in is of a high quality. The asking price is not what it should be, but none of these units are. The unit claims to be rackmountable, but somehow the rackmount sheetmetal displayed in the manual is non-existent. I use to work as an electronics repair technician, it is of the Chin-C Klan. Chin-A--High QualityChin-B--Broken or breaks 5 minutes laterChin-C--Well! It's a Chincy!

Manufacturer Support
I don't think I would bother giving this manufacturer a second look. If the thing broke tomorrow, which I highly suspect it will, I would just throw it away and look at it as a "lesson" learned. I gave the support rating 1/2. Any modern manufacturer should be able to come up with a product that is atleast a more durable quality than the cardboard box it came in.

The Wow Factor
In short--it has all the features you would want but it's only worth about 50 bucks!I'm sure the rich executives at NADY will disagree with me. The more I look at this thing, the more I feel I have paid too much. It could come in a better package. If NADY claims to be anything of quality, I would suggest that they increase the manufacturing cost and quality. I highly suspect that this company spends 10 dollars a pop on these units, and passes the savings onto nobody but themselves!
