Comprised entirely of powder-coated aluminum alloy, the On-Stage Pro Kick Drum Mic Stand is state-of-the-art and provides both durability and flexibility. The sleek, embossed base features six vibration-tamping, floor-protecting pads, while the shaft incorporates an internal clutch washer for smooth, with secure height adjustments. The all-metal tele-boom features a removable counterweight for dual mic functionality.

Works great for snare micing. Not a big footprint like tripods. Can also be used as a short boom for guitar cabs and kick drums. A very versatile short stand.
