Sound: No sound... as this is a piano bench. Very nice looking, small, but the laminated sides were very shodily applied with big folds and gaps. It was too much trouble to return so i kept it and may peel it off some day and reapply myselfwith an adhesive. For the price, i was disappointed in that aspect. kathy Feature: I like the storage under the seat. Ease of Use: Works well. Quality: As I mentioned, the laminated sides are of poor workmanship. Value: OK if it were made properly. Manufacturer Support: n/a The Wow Factor: n/a Overall: I will repair it myself but would not buy another.

zZounds has verified that this customer bought this product from us. "Factory resealed and a great deal."
Sound: This is a bench seat for a keyboard. It makes no sound which is good. Feature: Has a flip top storage compartment. Very roomy. Ease of Use: Four bolts to put it together. Sit on it. Quality: Steel frame and padded seat. Value: Got a price cut and it is good as new. Manufacturer Support: I have not dealt with the company but this was a factory reseal in excellent condition. The Wow Factor: Very sexy in the sit down area. Overall: I don't think I will have to replace it. It is very sturdy. I am 6'3" and 270 and it is perfect. I have a Privia PX130 with the stand and it is the right side.
