Sound
The initial aspect I noticed was the complete pick-up of direct sound but limiting of all ambient sources, with a pop-screen the sound is amazing. As good as any top-end model for a fraction of the price.
Features
Boxed in a excellent Package for protection with a gig/transport bag and a mic holder holder for stands. Awesome all around packaging for such an affordable product.
Ease of Use
it's a Studio Condenser Mic, duh.
Quality
Great looking Mic in Black Casing, Heavy Duty. Much more rygged than many much more expensive model Mics. I bought this product as Blemish Product and as long as I can stare at it I still can't figure out on thing wrong. Cosmetics? Looks Good.
Value
A GREAT Mic for Pennies on the Dollar to Upper End Models. Don't Pay for Name, Pay for Quality.
Manufacturer Support
Called just to inquire about general info. No need for service but the People were Pleasant.
