Sound: I found the sound is very full. I do not see a difference with the Guitar being an X Series where the lows are not a pronounced. Nice and full sound. I play an acoustic blues style and this fits perfect. Not bulky, fits very well and easy to play. Feature: No features, I do like the Gloss Finish on the top. Has Satin on sides and back. Guess the size and Shape would be a feature. I really enjoy playing the 000 size. Ease of Use: Easy to play, produces the Martin Sound. Nice.. The neck size fits my hand very well. Quality: Opened the box then case. Inspected not a blemish anywhere. Perfect finish. Gloss top and Satin sides and Back. The neck is a Stratobond, little strange at first but very easy to play. Tuners are tight, guitar was in tune right out of the box. Not sure how rugged it is, time will tell? Value: I think it worth the price, right at the range of this type of Guitar. Manufacturer Support: Gave a 10 even though I never used. The Web site is very informative and you can find pretty much anything you want there. The Wow Factor: I have it! I bought from ZZOUNDS. This is the 5th Guitar I have bought from ZZOUNDS and I am very satisfied with the products and Customer Service assistance. I had an OME-GT and it was stolen. So I bought this and I still want a pickup installed. Will do that at a later time. Would replace if stolen again. Overall: Yes I would replace with a like product. I am very satisfied with the Martin OM-GT. I plays like a dream. Maybe some day will get a better Martin but for now this is all I need.

Overall: I have to say that I was amazed when I first played this guitar in the shops around Honolulu. The sound is crisp and clear with beautiful resonance! This is a steal for a solid wood guitar and with the added benefit of being from the best American guitar company since the 1800's! I am re-learning how to play on this guitar and I am thrilled every chance I take to pull this guitar out and strum and pick away. It feels great, has a good size and even smells lovely! I will keep this guitar and play it for the rest of my life! A huge plus and big up to zZounds.com. They had superior customer service and were kind enough to deal with my special requests. I finally paid off the last installment of my no interest payment plan and they even matched a cheaper price from an online competitor! This company will get my business in the future for any musical needs and I will whole-heartedly recommend anyone to purchase from zZounds in the future.
