"Martins Rule!"

I own a 1984 D-12 28 12 string acoustic. and I started to shop around for another 12 string and of course had my mind set on another Martin. I use a lot of alternate tunings as my reason for another 12 string. I was impressed with this guitar right from the start. And for the price you just can't go wrong. Even though it is a lot more economical in price range as compared to my D-12 28, you definitely get your moneys worth and then some. I have played Taylors(which I think in my opinion are overpriced pieces of Balsa wood) and Guilds, but you just can't beat the sound of a Martin. And when better guitars are built, Martin will build them. I rest my case.
