Feature:
The Fishman electronics are awesome. I tried a Taylor and some other guitars and kept going back to this one. You have a tuner (I've only tried it in a quiet room) and lots of "sound effect" options. The battery is pretty easy to access too. I would have preferred if it ran on a AA battery, but at least I don't have to take off the strings to get at the battery.
Quality:
It looks perfect to me. I would only worry that the electronics might break, but they should be fine as long as I am not careless. If I brought this guitar on an airplane I would definately want to carry it on.
Value:
This was by far better than any of the guitars I tried at a comparable price.
Desirability:
It's not the prettiest guitar I've seen, but the white and black details make it basic enough and nice enough that it would go with any outfit or setting, looking good, but also blending in when you don't want to be too flashy. The Fishman electronics are what make this guitar stand out above other accoustic-electric guitars.
Sound:
I love the Fishman electronics on this thing. There are so many things to play around with besides bass/mid/treble. You can slide between pickup and aura - the aura is a more full (ambient?) sound while the pickup gives you more of the flat strum. Besides that you also have 6 different settings to choose from to change how the guitar sounds as far as tone and brightess and so forth. Like one setting might be better for a soft ballad and another gives you a nice bright sound for a raucous rock song. It's very fun to play with this when plugged into an amp to determine which setting works best for which song in your set.
Ease of Use:
It's very easy to use. There are even 3 more buttons on the Fishman electronics that I haven't used yet, I will have to read the manual to see what they do. I just got the guitar yesterday so I haven't had more than a couple of hours to play with it so far.
Support:
Have not needed support so far.
Overall:
I wouldn't have paid this much for a guitar if I though I would need to upgrade any time soon. As long as I keep this guitar in good shape, I don't think I will ever need a new one... unless I want to get a cheaper "road trip" guitar.

Feature:
I like the slimmer body style for my size, I'm a petite female and the regular width dreads gave me back fatigue, I feel this guitar is more comfortable. The Aura electronics is simply unbeatable in sound and ability to dial in specific tones.
Quality:
I think the overall quality of this guitar is unbeatable, I'm very well satisfied with the quality. It has a sustain on it that makes hammer-ons and pull-offs much more audible than other guitars I've tried. I've tried everything, from $4000 Gibsons, Epiphones, Taylors, Blueridge, and the Martins are a completely different league and sound.
Value:
In lieu of all the guitars I've tried, I think this Martin is the best value for the money. I think its priced right. I can't see that I would ever have a need for more.
Desirability:
My opinion is that this guitar is one of the better looking models out there. I personally like this body-shape as opposed to the regular dreadnoughts. I also love the satin back with gloss top. I think it is very tastefully done and I strongly disagree with the reviewer that stated, "it wasn't very good-looking". I think its very classy looking.
Sound:
Had just purchased a Blueridge 3 weeks earlier, thought it was great until I picked this up at a music store and gave it a try----WOW!! The sound is simply amazing unplugged, very very warm, mellow and extremely well balanced. I just couldn't put it down. Then plugged in you have even more sounds selections and best electronics I've seen on an acoustic/electric.
Ease of Use:
This thing played like butter the second I picked it up. Barre chords were a breeze even being lazy about it, IMO a guitar is set-up well when barre chords take little effort to make each string ring clearly.
Support:
haven't had to use it
Overall:
I love everything about this guitar, its sound, its playability, its size. I thought I would never find the perfect guitar but when I found this one I realized there is a perfect guitar!
