I am quite pleased with this wah, especially for rock music. The notch filter is great if you typically use the wah in this way. And using the loudness control is amazing when keeping it from getting buried in the mix. The “wow” is best for me as I like a predominant wah sound. And as in the past I have accidentally left the wah on, the automatic off is great so long as the notch is not on. This is a very pronounced wah and one that fits the namesake’s reputation. As a switchless wah, I look forward to years with it. I had the original Bad Horsey wah. This is quite a bit better and more durable. It does not do typical crybaby type sounds so well, as the throw is so long. But the sound of the pedal is very good and even can be used as a bloods pedal with the loudness turned up and the notch engaged and they to the desired frequency.
