Manufacturer's Description for Mapex MB4265A M Birch Ltd 4-Piece Drum Kit

Mapex has added a special new configuration to its M Birch Series. The new “Rock 22” configuration features birch ply shells that provide higher volume and response while the maple inner ply provide warmth other tone woods can't provide. Because this new configuration is an M Birch series kit, a free 10x8 in. tom tom is provided complete with mounting hardware with the purchase of the kit.

The M Birch Rock 22 configuration is available in limited quantities and will be sold exclusively in Transparent Midnight Black lacquer, a finish that has never before been available on an M Birch drum set. Adding to the exclusivity of the set, the front bass drum head is a white, coated head with a smaller version of the Mapex logo.

The Rock 22 drum set (MB4265AMB) also comes with a full complement of Mapex 550 series chrome-plated hardware, including a snare stand, hi-high stand, straight cymbal stand, boom stand, tom holder and bass drum pedal. zZounds is an authorized dealer of Mapex products.
