Celebrity Deluxe guitars are the most accessible application of Adamas multi-soundhole technology. Using Ovation's unique Quintad bracing pattern, these guitars have a strong voice with plenty of punch to help your sound cut through other instruments and vocals.

The Celebrity Deluxe 12 String Acoustic/Electric features OP-24 Plus electronics, one of Ovation's most flexible and high output electronics systems. In addition to gain, the OP-24 Plus features high and low shelving equalizers to control the depth and sparkle of your sound, plus a midrange band with an adjustable center frequency. Set it at 400Hz and you can control the low-end drive. Set it at 1000Hz and you can control the mid punch.

The Celebrity Deluxe plays fast and easy thanks to the slim shallow "U" shaped neck and bound Rosewood fingerboard. The neck is reinforced with both a steel truss rod and square aluminum channel, making it extremely resistant to warping and twisting.

Feature:
It came with the op-30 preamp which has a built in tuner... and a few features along with the 3 band EQ....

Quality:
hey its an ovation

Value:
Great Price and great sound great looks...... cant be beat

Desirability:
The CS245 comes with 15 sound holes (probably why the thin sound) but ovations were made for amps in a leaf design its a beautiful looking guitar.. I dont think there is another that looks like it.. it was what made me decide to buy it..

Sound:
Without an amp the sound is thin... but play it thru an amp and its one of the best sounding guitars Ive heard in a long time

I havent yet had to make any calls so I cant answer that...

Overall:
theres nothing I dont like.... Im familiar with Ovations and would definitly buy another...

"SaWeeeet Piece"

I Bought This Guitar In Oct 2001 And The Sound Is Unmatched, Very Loud Unplugged, Some Barre Chords Are Hard To Play, I May Try A Lighter Strings. I Paid $597 And Change For It And Got A Free Case And It's Worth Every Dollar. The Guitar Is A Work Of ART. Everytime I Take It Out People Are Amazed And Tell Me How Beutiful It Is. If You Want A 12 String I Would Say Get This One.
