This basic instrument stand features cradle arms that comfortably hold instruments of any shape. The neck hook and cradle are rubber for added protection.

This is a lightweight budget cradle stand with a tubular construction and a tri-leg base. Cradle arms instantly balance to accommodate any shaped instrument. To ensure the instrument's safety, the top neck hook locks into position. The neck hook and cradle are rubber.

Overall this is a very good product, especially for only $10.00. Highly recommended.
Features
It's a guitar stand - they all work the same. One reason why I only use Ultra stands is because of the great orange rubber. I have a couple expensive guitars, and the other stands with the thick black foam that compresses has tags that say "do not use with some finishes". The Ultra stands do not hurt your finishes and can be used with any guitar.
Quality
Very good quality. I have three of these (one holds three guitars, the others are single) and have not had a problem. Like all gear, if you treat it right, it will return the favor.
Value
Compared to other products that are more expensive, the Ultra stand is great. Better quality and will not hurt your guitars finish.
The Wow Factor
The stand looks great - the orange rubber makes this stand out from all of the other brands.
