I feel like for 200+ dollars, any set of studio monitors should sound remarkable.I put them away and am using a $50 set of logitech 2.1 speakers, as they give me a much fuller sound than these. I thought JBL was a trusted name, I guess I was wrong.I literally have my bass instrument in ableton maxed, and cannot hear it through these speakers. My AKG headphones give me a much better idea of what my songs will sound like outside of the headset, than these speakers. I'm stuck going back and forth from my car stereo to the PC now because these speakers can't do their job. Please spend the extra $100 and get the set of KRK Rockits.... Don't make the same mistake I made.
