I bought this guitar and 3 days later it was on my doorstep along with the other items I purchased. It was carefully packaged and therefore arrived in mint condition. The JS11 is a solid guitar built with only the quality that you would expect from Jackson. The overall feel of the guitar reminds me of a much more expensive Jackson performer that I owned in the past and that speaks volumes. With this guitar you are getting much more than what the price tag would suggest. You may want a Jackson with a few more frills like shark fin inlays or black hardware instead of chrome. If that's the case than you can always look at other options less than a hundred dollars more like the JS23. However, if it doesn't matter that it's missing those very minimal options than the JS11 at this price is an amazing deal.
