The Jackson Pro RR3 Randy Rhoads model has its rootes in the very early days at Jackson. The late, great Randy Rhoads approached them with a design idea based on the classic "V". Together they created a whole new rock and roll icon. This version features an Alder body with a Flame Maple veneer top (on transparent finishes), Seymour Duncan humbuckers, a 25.5 in. scale bolt-on Maple neck and a compound radius Rosewood fingerboard with 22 jumbo frets. Also, black hardware including a Jackson Low Profile double locking tremolo. Made in Japan. Learn More...

"great guitar! no match for others.."
Feature:
I'll give the features a 9 because of couple minor things.. first the 23rd and 24th frets are hard to get to because of the body shape, also you might find it weird on where to put you hand when playing it sitting down.. also the guitar never goes out of tune thanx to the double locking tremolo, but it is really difficult to get it in tune.. it ain't a biggie but, all the rest is perfect...

Quality:
The quality is superb even if it is made in japan.. the guitar is very sturdy.. the transparent finishes are really good.. the tremolo is very good and resistant it's very easy on the strings yet does it's job well.. the 3 way switch is very good too, there are no cutoffs while switching.. and finally the pickups are good..

Value:
I'll give that a 9 cuz 500 $ is quite a bit but in the end no regrets because you will be satisfied, trust me ;)

Desirability:
This guitar is a real chick magnet has a great image while being played.. attracts both guys and girls.. (mostly girls) but if you like what you see in the picture buy it cuz its really great quality.. the body design is what attracts most people.. the finish looks great too, I have eerie dess swirl, (if ya wanna see a picture of this colo just go on google and type it in) just notice that if you but this color the finish on the edges will be purple.. not blue..

Sound:
Ok in this I'll be really honest with everyone... the stock pickups are pretty good on this guitar.. the neck pickup is good for clean crisp sound and the bridge pickup is a pretty good pickup too.. it sounds good on a good amp, it has a metal distorted sound, just don't get put down by reviews saying that the pickups suck..

Support:
I haven't used the support but i have seen it be used.. my friend called jackson to fix his roswell rhodes.. they were right on and very polite, had very good service.

Overall:
I think this guitar is really well made. It sounds great, feels great, and looks great what more could you want? IF YOU LIKE IT BUY IT! IT'S WORTH IT!

"The utimate metal machine"
Feature:
it has a floyd rose, which is awesome

Quality:
this is an exelent quality guitar

Value:
i think people should sell it for more, it has a very good value

Desirability:
this guitar is the sexiest machine out there transparent blue makes me horny

Sound:
i love how there is only one knob (volume), cause thats less for me to think about, and the sound is awesome for metal, and really good clean with the neck pickup

Overall:
i will be satisfied for the rest of my life, i dont think i will replace it, but i will eventually get another guitar with a hard tail or string-thru-body so i can downtune.
