Sound: The first thing i noticed about this product when it was prepared for use and powered up with the obnoxious power hum that it produced. it over powered the sound of the records I was playing. The second issue was the crackling sound that needle produced. The product sounded like an old system I through out more than 50 years ago. I returned it and will never buy another product that has been cheapened by sending it manufacture to unedcuated chinese laborers. Feature: I obtain the Ion Turn Table advertised as being a professional quality machine Manufacturer Support: There is no support for this unit. The company has contracted everything out of the country.
