The Ibanez Tube Screamer Cabinet is nice. It's a celestion inside a basic cab(except for the insets for the head feet on top which is a cool feature). Replacing the speaker should be easy there's not alot of extra cabinet in the way in back. The cover isn't very strong but i rest my foot on the corner alot while i use the computer so digest that however you might. It's a nice looking cover though and is worth cleaning and taking care of if you can or will. I didn't really think about trying any preservative products on the head or cabinet but it could be a plus. The price is very reasonable for a celestion cab. It's a 1x12 and it's not very loud but it shouldn't really be for 1x12 and it's not a big head. If you want loud i would suggest a Marshall or an Orange but i've had both of those and still have an Orange and while it's nice and loud it just doesn't fit me, i'm a beginner and not a concert hall worthy player. I just don't need loud. I play alone so i don't know how it would be with drums but it's really not loud at all. Marshall amps are LOUD so i can't compare it to that either. I would compare the loudness to playing a six string electric out of a Marshall bass amp. It sounds good, it's loud enough for band play, but over all it's a more jazz toned or mixable speaker cab. I play a Jazzmaster and that's why i don't really need a loud amp because it has warm pick-ups and the switching is set for clear or warm so basically it's tone i am looking for and expression read more of the guitar i play which is a multi-demensional tone machine for players who want demension, tone, warmth, and a certain body type and neck. The cab is a comfortable volume, price, and economy of presence. Not to big, the stock speak is quality, a celecstion Seventy 80, and the speaker removes from the front for repair or replacement. Speaker upgrades-just pay attention to the watts and ohms limits and you should be good. Not alot of noise from the amp. Overall pretty good. I use Vox sprial cords for my amp/head connection and would also suggest them for anyone else for any amp. They are quality and let the amp sound like it should. You won't have to try to figure out whether it's the amp or the cord. It won't be the cord. Take care of your amps and don't let people party your amp to it's death. Good luck.
