I have the Tube King hooked up to my Orange Dark Terror just for kicks. I hooked it up through the front at fist and it did not sound good at all. Then I hooked it up through the effects loop and then it sounded much better. Even in a HI Gain amp like the Orange DT this pedal can add some fun lead over drive sounds and get some nice EQ mixtures going on as well. Lots of play room with this pedal with all the knobs and settings and most importantly not really noisy. This is a big heavy pedal too.
