Feature:
ZZounds even sent me the 9-volt battery. Nicely package.

Quality:
quality craftsmanship for the price

Value:
this is the best value out there for the serious and not so serious musician.

Desirability:
its lite. it feels a little fragile (but its not), its very comfortable and easy to manipulate

Sound:
sounds pretty good with the Behringer acoustic amp i bought at the same time. i'll probably change the strings though

Ease of Use:
this is the best acoustic electric i've ever played (for the price). i once owned a takamine but that don't compare to this ibanez

Support:
i think ibanez is the most under rated guitar company out there. their products are right in line with the higher end, more expensive names

Overall:
i will continue to buy ibanez products from ZZounds. i haven't gotten a bad product yet. they're always eager to exchange if you're not satisfied

"AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!"

Feature:
It's great. I can hear it perfectly, and it works with just about any sound board.

Quality:
When it does get a finger print or two, you can just wipe it off. It stays in tune for like ever.

Value:
I'm suprised that it's this cheap.

Desirability:
It's beautiful! I love the sound of acoustic, but I envy the look of the electric, with this thing, it's like the best of both worlds.

Sound:
When you have a guitar that sounds like it fell out of Heaven, then you know that you've hit the jackpot. I've been playing my TCY10 for about a year, recently I ordered the beautiful midnight blue TCY10. Whenever I strike a note it sounds like the clouds just opened up, and believe me, that's not my guitar playing that makes those beautiful sounds either.

Overall:
It's never leaving me I can say that much. This thing will be good forever. If I ever need to replace anything, it might be the strings or strap. If the product were stolen, I'd buy another one just like it. I wish I knew a place that sold my guitar in town so I wouldn't have to wait forever to get it. The thing I like least about it is that the dots on the neck are small, and I prefer large rectangles.
