The 5-string variant of the venerable SR500, this bass offers the same speedy playability and tonal versatility you'd expect from an Ibanez SR model.

The sound of this bass is amazing,i bought mine about 2 months ago nd it realy rocks.if u play rock and gospel this is the bass sound you want.the only bad thing about this bass is the wood.omg the wood quality is sooo bad.in da 1st 2 weeks the dark brown color started to peel off and it marks up wayy to easy.if you put a lil bit of fingernail pressure on da body it will dent...thats how soft the wood is.im hoping zzounds or ibanez can replace my bass,better yet let me exchange for a same value bass...because this is way to weak for me.
