Sound: As soon as I pulled this thing out of the box it had a really full warm sound to it. A friend of mine has played guitar for four years and was even blown away by how warm it was. However.. There was a buzz on the E and A strings of the guitar, and when I took it to a shop to fix they told me it would cost $45 to give it a full setup and (hopefully) fix it. I am yet to play it on an amp, but so far the reviews I read said it wasn't really worth my time. Feature: The tuner on the guitar was the only real feature it had. You have to hook it into an active amp to use it, and it wasn't really the best tuner I've used before. Ease of Use: Love the neck of this guitar, it was really easy to play. I only had a problem with the jumbo part of it.. It made my arm go to sleep after two songs of playing it. Quality: The buzzing E and A strings are killing me. Value: If the guitar was totally functional then I would think this was a really amazing value. the warm sound and fast neck make it amazing. Manufacturer Support: Never dealt with them. But I'm going to be nice to their score. The Wow Factor: I bought the Dark Violin version of this.. It is black.. It is not at all what the picture looks like. I read another review that said it wouldn't look like the color unless you took it into the sun. Entirely true. Overall: I'm going to return or sell this guitar within a week or two.. It's not the guitar for me, but I'm sure other people would totally love this thing.
