that one was made of Basswood and resonated beautifully. unfortunately it broke from over whammy usage. bolt hole got too big. I've played everything since and admit that I miss that RG 370 man. :(any wayz. Bought this here RG420RW. Beautiful. Just what you expect with an RG. the frets came a little sharp on the edges and needed a setup which is well worth it imo. Over all it's a great guitar. A true classic. Bought the case with it and called to ask if they would ship it in the case. Love them for that. Would highly recommend this piece. RG = modern day strat
