The Ibanez GVB36 Gerald Veasley Signature Bass was designed with the close guidance of renowned Jazz bassist Gerald Veasley. This remarkable bass has professional features needed by Veasley and allows him to get a smooth, rapturous, and fluid tone. It has a special string spacing of 14mm at its Mono-Rail bridge, compared to the usual 16.5mm spacing, allowing Gerald to play chords with ease according to his playing style.

Add in the Bartolini pickups and EQB-IIISP and you have one incredibly versatile instrument that is just as dynamic as your playing. The Ibanez GVB36 Gerald Veasley six string bass also features a Mono-Rail IV bridge with locking saddles allowing each string to vibrate fully with no interference from the other strings with 14mm string spacing.

This bass has great tone and it's inexpensive. You can get the lowest of lowest for jazz and gospel and then get crisp highs for funk bass.
