It's gonna take a long time before this thing wears out. Feels like a tank!
Features
The bag itself is very sturdy and holds its shape without my RG guitar inside. The backpack is detachable with 4 clips and has a generous amount of pockets. So far, haven't found anything wrong with it, but I do feel they could have crammed a few more pockets in there; for carrying things such as picks, pedals, tuners.

Quality
Sturdiest gig bag I have ever felt! It has thick padding on both sides of the guitar and a strong thick shell on the outside. The zippers are large and feel sturdy.
Value
I believe this product could sell for a bit less, but don't get me wrong, it's a good value for the money.
Manufacturer Support
Have not dealt with Ibanez so far, but I expect top notch service from a top notch manufacturer.
The Wow Factor
As soon as you remove the attachable backpack, looks much better but loses most of it's functionality.
