The ultra-modern Ibanez EDC bass has taken another step beyond. The addition of a new triple coil pickup with three settings "Trad", "Bright" and "Attack" makes the ergonomic EDC capable of rapid and radical changes in tone. Every facet of the EDC's space age form is there to facilitate very down-to-earth functions. Contained within its ultra-modern curves are a built-in thumb-rest, a scooped out area to make it easier to get under the strings, and a raised area for the controls so you don't have to lean over to check settings (now that's thoughtful). The EDC's extra-long horn balanced the bass so you don't have to. Features include resonant, ergonomically comfortable body with dynamic tone, a strong, slender 2- octave neck, an Accu-cast bridge and Elixir strings.

Features

Ergonomically shaped body features built-in thumb rest, a scooped out area to get under the strings, and a raised control area so you don't have to lean over to check settings.

Extra long horn balances the bass so you don't have to.

"AMAZING!!!"

Sound: Great sound, very versatile, amazing for slap as much as anything else. Feature: I love the features of this bass - it has a great neck, a fantastic body, and it is also very light (great for flinging about on stage!). Mine has a custom carbon fibre neck, which makes it even lighter. Ease of Use: This is the easiest bass to play that I have ever played. Quality: built like a tank. I've dropped mine onto concrete, and it has bounced! Value: I bought mine second hand for £72, so I don't know about how good the value is for it new. Manufacturer Support: Very slow, not very helpful. The Wow Factor: Just look at it! The shape is just phenominal. Overall: One of the best basses you can buy for under £1000. If it were stolen, I would hunt the ahole down, and kill him. If it were lost I would definitely buy another one.
