Cutting edge woodworking technology enables the guitar maker's luthiers to reproduce the sophisticated bracing techniques of the one-of-a-kind instruments of yesteryear. While tradition is obviously the hallmark of the Artwood series, the company's decades-long search for the ultimate in acoustic tone has contributed to design alterations that give Artwood a voice uniquely its own.

Nothing sounds like a 12-string, and the AW8012NT embodies that statement in the form of a traditional-design dreadnought inspired by those classic folk instruments from the 60's and 70's. The combination of a solid Sitka Spruce top, joined with Mahogany back and sides, delivers the shimmering highs along with a warm, full low end to create a sound as big as the great outdoors. Features include a bone nut and saddle for increased clarity and sustain, a Rosewood fretboard, Ivory body binding, and a black & white Rosette. Chrome Die-cast tuners and a natural high gloss finish put the finishing touches on this big-hearted 12-string that is impossible to resist.
