Feature:
The manual that came with the head will show you various settings on how to set the amp for AC/DC, STONES, ect. One thing this will not do is have a great distortion by itself, your gonna need a pedal or an effects processor.
Quality:
I own the complete stack from the head to the angled cab to the straight cab, the quality of this thing is unbelievable, very durable it will take a beating for years to come. I only wish the casters were installed on it before got it, they are hard to screw in.
Value:
This amp is a steal. You can go out and spend alot more for a well known amp. What I forked out for this amp, i am not dissapointed at all. The sound and quality is all there.
Desirability:
The amp looks killer, the 12ax7 glows in the front panel with chrome knobs, the cabs are covered nicely with black tolex covering and grey front paneling with a nice Hartke logo plate, again i can't believe this thing can sell for a price so low.
Sound:
I can't get away from it! I am running a Digitech GSP 2101 thru it and honestly, honestly you can't get a Marshall JCM800 master volume to sound this incredible.
Ease of Use:
Plug it in and tear it up!!!
Support:
Have not needed any support as of yet.
Overall:
This amp will be in my arsenal for years to come, if it should ever fail I will be in line to purchase another, For under $800.00 I have an incredible stack, I could have paid more for a Marshall that would have set me back a lot more. Go out and buy one.

Feature:
Good for beginners, even professionals.
I enjoy the first setting (green light with optional crunch, which also has a light to show its crunch is on).
The second setting is louder in my opinion but has a better EQ, the gain knob is a plus as well...
Optional mono/stereo makes it well worth it!
Quality:
Its great, I ding it up quite a bit it barely shows!
Value:
Honestly its a 9.75 but I give it a 9. It should've came with a better tube... (EH* would make this amp GOD!)
*EH = Electro Harmonix tube (12ax7)
Sound:
Not very good unless you use a good pedal setup (or change the tube) the distortion by itself is very minimum, very good classical sound... =] I love the way it sounds! VERY LOUD!!!!!
Ease of Use:
Its easy to use. Flat out dial in the tone you want and play!
Support:
The amp is so well built, such good sound quality I didn't need to use customer support.
