I bought this for my IEM receiver; the headphone jack is on the side of the receiver making it awkward to put on your pocket. I was hoping this would alleviate my issue and save my headphone cable from bending in my pocket. This Hosa Adapter was terrible, the sound was horribly patchy and crackled any time it was moved. I think I used it for all of 30 seconds. I don’t know what the “intended” use of this adapter is but if you’re planning to use it for in ear monitors, I would buy something else.
