HardWire CM-2 Tube Overdrive Pedal

No longer available at zZounds
This pedal operates with 2 modes: Classic and Modified. Classic delivers a clean, articulate overdrive, while Modified delivers a bluesy tone with more gain.

The CM-2 is an analog overdrive pedal that features two modes: Classic and Modified. The Classic mode produces a tonally transparent and articulate overdrive perfect for adding gain before a clean tube combo or driving a dirty tube head. The Modified setting produces more gain and gives the overdrive a fatter low end for a bluesier tone.

Not looking any more, and would absolutely replace it if lost or stolen.
Sound
This is just a great all-arond OD pedal. It can go from mild tube-OD to heavy distortion. It was very easy to dial in that sweet spot that I have been looking for. The Modify switch makes this a very versital pedal, able to get a wide range of tones. I used to have an OCD and a FullDrive-2, but they were replaced with the CM-2. Diditech mti the mark with this one.
Features
The low and high EQ's are the best feature of this pedal. Makes it very easy to shape the tone to your liking.
Ease of Use
Great tones form this pedal. By far the best OD I have owned.
Quality
Built like a tank.
Value
Very low price for the quality, compared to other Boutique OD's.
Manufacturer Support
I had a Digitech Chorus stop working, sent it out for warranty repair, had it back and repaired in less than 2-weeks.
The Wow Factor
great Detented dials and the "Stomp-lock" is a nice plus.
