It's small, so it takes up little stage real estate and doesn't hide either you or your view of the audience. It's loud enough for our duo application where stage volumes measure 100dba or less. My only beef is that it uses a "line wart" power supply and the line between the transformer and the speaker could be a foot or two longer. If you play at moderate volumes. I replaced an RMS RMA-15 that I've been using for about 20 years with this, and I like it enough to replace my duo partner's still working RMA-15.
Sound
here isn't a lot of bass response so if you want it to hear the balance of the PA mix this will be a problem. That's not what it's designed for. If you want to hear enough of the mix to sing on key this works just fine
Features
It's small but powerful for its size, and the volume, bass, and treble controls are handy and work smoothly.
Ease of Use
Ease of use? It's plug and play from a preamp output of your mixer.
Quality
It seems solid and well made. Of course, I just bought it so it hasn't stood up to the test of time yet, but Galaxy does have a good reputation so I don't expect any trouble.
Value
It's economical, and does the job, so it's good value.
The Wow Factor
The only wow factor is the small size. It fits in the gig box better than our old ones.
