Sound: Like being able to use both flash and external hard drives as well as the CD's. I can now carry most my library with me in one nice portable and compact devices. Plus it eleminates the chance of a computer crash in the middle of your gig. Ease of Use: I took it straight out of box and replaced in my rack within 15 minutes then took me about another 30 mins. to start using all of it's features just by toying around with it, never read instructions! Manufacturer Support: Never needed it with Gemni, this unit is replacing a Numark I had, my other Gemeni dual CD player is older and we still use it for gigs.
