The faded vintage sunburst is an elegant addition to the period correct detailing from this era. An absolute blues machine. Aged top woods were developed with the help of a major university for use on our 2016 1928 L-1 Blues Tribute. This allows Gibson to replicate the aging process on the cellular level for that legendary L-1 vintage sound and appearance. New for 2016 the L-1 Blues Tribute features an LR Baggs Lyric pickup system for ultimate acoustic sound reproduction.
