Purchased last new Gibson Les Paul Standard premium quilt in stock. Got it from shippers and noticed a place where the binding didn't look quite right. Called ZZounds who sent me return shipping tag. After shipping found out from Gibson while guitar was being shipped that spot on binding I thought was a defect was actually a historically correct abnormality. Contacted ZZounds again and they promptly shipped guitar back to me. I love this guitar, everything about it feels just right. The fretboard is silky smooth and frets are perfect. The tones this guitar produces are unbelievable. With the Phase changing and Coil splitting or Tapping a person would be hard pressed to not be able to find a sound they like. As far as the looks, this guitar is absolutely beautiful with the premium quilt. Gibson outdone themselves with this one. Almost forgot--the G-Force tuning actually does a very good job keeping guitar tuned. It is fast and easy! Surprised this guitar doesn't play by itself!!!
