I am reviewing the Two Gibson Satin Guitars I received. The first one arrived with a Head Stock Break. I did the normal Damage Return Exchange Policy. I had no issues at all. The second Satin ES335 was received back in a Week and a Day..The Stars are rated for the Second Received ES335.

Sound
It is a Gibson Semi Hollow Body Guitar. It had that Hollow sound that works very well with the Blues and a more Jazz type sound. Did not have any problem with feed back

Features
A Solid Guitar no problems punching the sound desired..

Ease of Use
Great to use has a larger body to get used too when previous experience in playing a Les Paul or Stratocaster.

Quality
Excellent Quality with the exception of the first one was received with a Head stock Break. Second received with zero Issues.

Value
Price wise it is a deal, just did not care for the finish..

Manufacturer Support
Excellent returned and Exchanged with no problems. I received the second Guitar played for about an hour and just could not get used to the Satin Finish. So I return for refund the second Gibson. Lucky for me within about 4 weeks I woke up at 1 am did a search on the zZounds web site and found that zZounds had one left in stock a 2015 Gibson Block Gloss ES335 reduced price down to $2699.95, I jumped right on it. Received and I can't be read more happier..

The Wow Factor
You cannot beat the Gibson ES335 for Appearance and Play ability. But .it looses a lot of Wow because of the Satin Finish.. If I kept I would have taken it apart and Buffed out the finish to gloss.

Musical Background:
Play out on Occation, 45 years

Musical Style:
Blues and Classic Rock
